Your attitude affects everyone. Curb your annoyance and frustration in public; and strive to be a more connected and invested leader to each individual whenever necessary.

 

A rock solid Human Resources team is another trait that the 'great places to work' all display. Employees must feel like they have back up, someone standing up for them in those difficult situations. HR must balance the culture that exists between "them" and "you" (employees vs. executives) and play for both teams in order to ensure a positive environment.
